The app is okay but it keeps on freezing every time I go on it it says Google earth is running low on memory they should fix this

Wanted to look at an ongoing construction site... But the "satelitte view" is months if not years old...

This is so crappy and leggy you cant see anything it needs a update seriously

My beef? I get to a spot I want to view. I head to another app for a couple of minutes. Come back to GE and... holy schlemeel! My spot resets to the big ol globe & I have to wait for the app to oh-so slowly rotate back to where I was. Insult to injury? If Im away for 5 or more minutes, my place is gone & I need to do a new search. Google Earth?? nuts...

You guys at Google dont even care about this app, do you?

I was on the app and it kept crashing then randomly it crashed and deleted itself please fix this problem .

I cant see the streets in my town. I uninstalled.

Its pretty good exept its really old they need to update it my it shows the earth from like 3 years ago I really wish they would update it!

I like this app it works well and has very few bugs

I cant even see the Street View of one of the most iconic sites in the world... Yet I can see my entire rural neighborhood in HD. Not much else needs to be said, Im sure Google is aware of the other plethora of problems plaguing the App and is working towards a solution, but until then... A dual star rating is all thats really needed for the current version of the App. (Though Ill voice some of my other opinions and concerns anyway.... Freedom of speech and all that other jazz good Ol Merica is about. Please dont attack me over an opinion. Or do, its your right after all.) Im a fan of things that work and that are good. While this App is "good", the problems within it weigh it down severely. An quick example of another problem is: when I used it for about 5 - 10 minutes a message appeared telling me that Google Earths memory was low, which in turn lowered the load times and clarity even more harshly. Its unfortunate, but what can the average consumer do but complain and hope it gets fixed. It is free after all, so you really cant go up in arms and boycott without looking like a smacked rear end, and its still one of the very few Apps without micro-transactions (at least to my knowledge) which at this point is a God send for any App across any platform. Still fun to mess around with though, when your bored or curious about a certain area of the world or even your own backyard. Or your neighbors backyard. Quite literally.

Most locations (like the oceans or near them), when Google Earth is zooming in on them, its creepier than a horror game! I remember I searched North Pole, and I had to close out of the app with my eyes closed. :) Its very helpful for locations and stuff, but contains some loading lags. I understand why that is.

There should be an age up because I was exploring the world with my friends and we came across quite a few things that shouldnt be seen be a 4 yr old...

I just really love these kinds of maps seeing the world close up relaxes me.

Awesome! I love taking little mini-vacations every so often. The street view makes me forget that Im not actually there sometimes.

This app used to be amazing. It had actual pictures. Now it just has blotchy cartoon renderings. The change is very disappointing.

For the life of me, I cant understand why a company like Google, cant develop software that works consistently. Whenever I use Google Earth on my iphone or ipad, I never ever have to close the program. I just keep using it until it crashes. And it ALWAYS crashes. Thats the one consistent thing about this app. Grade: D.
